Workplace & Sports Investigations

Talon has an experienced team of Investigators that provide Investigative services for incidents of Sports Misconduct and Workplace Investigations. This includes incidents of violence and harassment within sports organizations and the workplace. Investigators possess extensive training and many years of experience investigating different types of allegations and incidents.  Our Investigators understand how to properly process and handle the information no matter how it is received or where it comes from.

Investigation Reports are prepared for all professional settings. They can be prepared for internal hearings, civil hearings and any other type of setting that is requested. Reports can include recommendations and findings. They can also be prepared for fact finding without recommendations or findings included.  Investigation Reports will be prepared in a manner that best meets each situation.  

Investigations can be conducted as an information gathering process to learn about a specific event or ongoing situation occurring in the workplace.  Investigations can be completed inconspicuously at the clients’ request. All information will be kept private and confidential.

A common problem that occurs within many organizations is that internal investigations and reviews are being completed by people who work within the organization. This often leads to a conflict of interest or a “perceived conflict of interest” and may taint the results of a review or investigation. This may lead to appeals of the investigation/findings, low morale in the workplace, added sick time and increased employee turnover rates in the workplace.
